I have worked at fast growing start-ups and large Enterprise companies, with experience leading and growing teams in the USA, Argentina, and India supporting partners and customers world wide.

My passion is helping teams deliver highly scalable platforms and services, such as McAfee's ePO security management platform supporting 20+ McAfee security products and 100+ partner integrations, available from the cloud and on-premise. I have led the successful adoption and evolution of many agile practices, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. Earlier in my career I co-founded the OpenDXL open source project at Intel Security, and led user experience client development at a mobile navigation start-up.

Hobbies

3D Printing – combine an interest in 3D printing with a minor Kickstarter addiction and you end up learning a lot about building and improving 3D printers as communities form to improve upon what was shipped. Built and modified four Kickstarter 3D printers; Vision 3D, M3D, gMax, Rigidbot Big. Now rolling with an Ultimaker 3.

Drone Enthusiast - a series of Kickstarter drone failures convinced me consumer electronics and Kickstarter don't mix! Some Kickstarter drones failed to fly reliably, such as the Pocket Drone and Hexo+. Others were (perhaps) simply a scam, such as the Zano.

Fortunately DJI makes some amazing consumer drones that are reliable and fun to fly.
